My old medication made me IRON MAN, unable to feel pain and with the strength of ten men who have the strength of ten men!

Srsly, with my noradrenline uptake effectively blocked, my body flipped the fuck out. I've been unable to feel pain or sleep for longer than three hours at a time for almost a week now, my blood pressure went up to 115/70 (my "normal" is actually fairly abnormal, 100/60), and I've lost five pounds. My doctor switched me over to pure serotonin uptake inhibitor and almost 5 hours later I was already feeling great. Then 4 hours after that, my legs and stomach informed me that, hey, we've been strained/pulled for almost four days now and we really appreciate you finally being able to feel it and take it easy on us.

Also, apparently either fixing the serotonin levels in my brain or suddenly taking away a giant amount of adrenaline (or both) has restored my ability to dream deeply, which I haven't been able to do in a very, very, VERY long time. Last night I had an entire universe show up unannounced in my brain. Almost all of my novels now (save for Robotika) have a continuum solar system, and its name is apparently DISCORPRIA.

In lighter news, who says there's no honor among thieves? I assume this is a case where the hitman found out later the woman was pregnant, and there's some things even a hitman won't do. At the risk of sounding nihilistic: if he kept the money as well, that's fairly badassed.
